Bill Blanar

Bill specializes in commercial sales and leasing, with over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Following graduation from Florida State University in 1975, Bill started his career in regional mall management with the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation, an Ohio based shopping center developer. He acquired his State of Florida contractor certification in 1984 and began developing commercial properties in the Tampa Bay area specializing in industrial and professional office projects. In addition he has served as construction manager in retail build-outs for both regional and national clients. Bill is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Realtors and the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors. Bill and his wife, Debbie, reside in Thomas County and have two children, Brad and Katie.
