Carey is a native of Athens, Georgia where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics. She moved to Thomasville 15 years ago with her husband Clay. They have 3 children, Clay, Jr., Sam and Caroline. Before entering the real estate field, Carey was employed by many of Thomasville’s fine retail establishments as well as owning her own catering business. She maintains a strong commitment to volunteer services including Thomasville Landmarks, Thomasville Cultural Center and the American Cancer Society. She is also a member of All Saint’s Episcopal Church. All of these mulit-facted experiences have allowed Carey to get to know Thomasville in a personal way.
